Can you whiten your teeth with braces on?

or is this stupid because the brackets are in the way and once you get them off youll have yellow squares on your teeth?


if i can, what do you suggest? i dont know how much longer ill be in my braces, could be months or could be years (Im waiting for my two top ******* eye/canine teeth to come in (ive been waiting for them to come down now for a good seven years and i KNOW they are there, i can feel them and i see a bit of white one poking out) and plus i dont have an orthodontist right now becuase my parents failed in getting me one when i moved...so my teeth are rotting in this metal i havn%26#039;t seen a dentist in a while or an ortho in five months

Coffee and most colored canned or bottled drinks do stain.

Reply:um....well u could use a whitening toothpaste until your braces come off and when they do u can use crest white strips that%26#039;s what i did when i got my braces off and they didn%26#039;t have yellow marks .
