found in north texas 3 of them same area -- what are they -- black to grey skin -- canine - ridge of hair black with white tips from top of head to hip other wise hairless - stand up pointed ears - slim and sleek animal like a greyhound only smaller but very long legged - tail is hairless and about 18 to 24 inches long - teeth are curved backwards as if used for ripping - definitely a predator -standing up the largest would reach my chest (i am 5'5") - smallest was about half that size - i am stumped but really need to know - believe them to be dangerous to my calves
Name this animal - hairless except for 2" ridge from head to hip - black to grey skin-canine built like jackal
Don't know. But get animal control to capture it. Don't wait until one of your animals is hurt or a child.
