He was a villain-type character with blue skin (I think) and I also remember him clad in blue clothing. He had a cape, I believe, and long-ish hair that went slightly past his shoulders. He also, like I said, had fang-like teeth (as in they were ALL jagged, not just the canine teeth).
Please, if someone knows what episode he's from, please please tell me.
